This rare Brand Manager role is the perfect mix of portfolio management, execution and activation. The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the TASSIMO product portfolio, including brands Costa, Kenco, L’OR and Cadbury. As the number one brand in the Single Serve category, Tassimo plays a leading role in delivering the quality, variety and convenience that consumers are looking for. We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial & confident Brand Manager to join our team and make an impact at shaping the future!
Key Responsibilities Of The Role- Responsible for portfolio management and cross brand initiatives. Links in with L’OR and Kenco brand teams to ensure category and brand strategy alignment.
- Supports the SBM & Marketing Lead with generation of NPD ideas with category, consumer and shopper insights at the heart. Ensures project progress into product development and implementation phase.
- Leads cross-functional teams to deliver local NPD projects, execution of brand/ shopper initiatives and demonstrates project management capabilities and executes with excellence.
- Responsible for development and execution of through the line activations, including ATL, PR & shopper.
- Ownership of ongoing brand & portfolio performance monitoring & reporting.
- Demonstrates category leadership, is a go to person when it comes to interaction with local and global stakeholders. Responsible for key stakeholder alignment on strategy, project alignment and approval meetings.
- Works with the Global Category team, representing the UK interests and helping influence the global agenda to fit UK needs.
- Full A&P budget management.
- A passionate brand advocate with a natural affinity for brands and how they connect with consumers.
- Brand Management experience with evidence of leading major product launches.
- Confident delivering presentations both internally & externally.
- Proven track record in innovation development including project management.
- Able to demonstrate how you can inspire & engage teams behind ideas to make things happen.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Articulate communicator, verbally and in presentations.
- Proactive and challenging, showing boundless curiosity.
- Analytical, inquisitive and innovative.
Education: to degree level preferred.
