Weβre hiring a Growth Lead (New Channels) to identify, test, and scale non-traditional acquisition channels. From influencer partnerships and podcast collaborations to YouTube, events and emerging offline plays. Youβll be a key part of a high-performing growth team, owning and shaping what new channel success looks like and turning scrappy experiments into repeatable engines. The Opportunity- Own and execute the new channels strategy across digital and non-digital platforms
- Build partnerships with influencers, podcasts, YouTube creators and other high-reach channels
- Launch and optimise test campaigns, balancing bold bets with data-driven iteration
- Develop scalable playbooks for successful channels
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, brand and CRM to align messaging and output
- Share insights and performance data to help shape wider growth strategy
