We’re proud to be partnered with an ambitious, founder-led consumer brand at a pivotal moment, and we’re looking for an exceptional commercial and strategic leader to take the reins and scale it into a global category leader. This is a rare opportunity to step into a business with strong foundations, real traction, and a clear path to significant growth. The brand has already proven product-market fit and built meaningful distribution. The next phase is about acceleration.

The remit is simple, but not easy: take a £multi-million business and scale it into a category leader.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-growth consumer brand through its next phase of scale
  • Define and execute a clear and ambitious 3 year growth strategy
  • Own and drive the commercial engine across an omnichannel model, with retail as a core growth driver alongside DTC and eCommerce
  • Build and shape the organisation required to support growth
  • Partner closely with a passionate founder and an experienced board

This is a role with real ownership, closer to a “co-pilot to founder” than a traditional MD play.

Who This Could Be

An existing MD or CEO who has scaled a fast-growing consumer challenger brand and is looking for a high-potential, earlier-stage opportunity or a high-performing Commercial Director / CCO who has been driving a significant part of a P&L and is ready to step up into an MD role.

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
  • Proven commercial operator within a consumer goods (CPG) / FMCG brand
  • Experience driving meaningful revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of retail and DTC channels
  • Clear evidence of owning or materially driving a P&L
  • Track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to build strategy and execute it
What Will Set You Apart
  • You bring commercial edge - you push, challenge and make things happen
  • You’re comfortable making tough calls on people, structure and focus
  • You operate with ownership and accountability
  • You’re as comfortable in the detail as you are setting direction
What This Role Is Not
  • Not a steady-state MD role - this is a builder role
  • Not suited to those from large, highly structured organisations
  • Not a pure strategy role - execution is critical
  • Not suitable without relevant consumer / commercial experience

Comp– Up to £180k base + generous equity.

Ways of Working– This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week spent in a London HQ.
