Experiential leisure is one of the most exciting spaces in consumer right now. Where hospitality meets activity, where socialising meets competition, and where the best operators are building businesses that genuinely change how people spend their time together. This is one of those businesses.

We are retained by a fast growing experiential leisure brand operating at the intersection of competitive socialising and premium hospitality. Founded and scaled by a serial entrepreneur with a track record of building and exiting category-defining consumer businesses, the business is well capitalised and backed with long-term conviction. The founder is now stepping back from day‑to‑day operations having taken the business through its formative stage, and the commercial foundations are strong: multiple sites trading at high utilisation, a loyal and growing membership base, a thriving events programme, and a bar and F&B operation that punches well above its weight. The brand has real momentum and a clear roadmap for scaling.

They are now looking for an MD to own it operationally. This is a full P&L leadership role. You will have direct accountability across sites, a cross‑functional team beneath you, and the strategic latitude to shape how this business grows. Brand and finance are well covered internally. What this business needs from its MD is operational excellence, multi‑site discipline, and a leader who knows how to build the infrastructure that underpins scale.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrable multi‑site leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or adjacent consumer sectors
  • Full P&L ownership at a meaningful scale, with a track record of driving EBITDA alongside revenue growth
  • The operational rigour to professionalise without bureaucratising
  • Genuine affinity for the experiential leisure and competitive socialising space
  • A delivery‑focused mindset with the commercial instincts to match

This is not a figurehead role. It is for an operator who enjoys being close to the product, close to the team, and close to the numbers. The business is at an inflection point. The next MD will have a material hand in shaping what it becomes.
