JD&Co is proud to be partnering with a fast scaling D2C health and wellness brand on the next stage of their international growth journey — launching into Germany. This is a business with real momentum: a standout mission, high customer engagement, and ambitious plans to scale globally. Following strong performance in the UK market, the business is now looking for a German speaking Growth Manager to lead their launch into Germany and drive local traction.

You’ll be the driving force behind building product market fit from the ground up, working hands-on across paid media, content, brand localisation, partnerships and CX to understand what resonates, scale performance and shape the foundations for future market entries. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high impact growth role and build the playbook for international expansion at an exciting stage of scale.

The Opportunity
  • Own and execute the strategy for launching and scaling the brand in Germany
  • Localise the brand and voice for the German audience
  • Run paid media and organic acquisition campaigns
  • Build partnerships and influencer activity
  • Use insights to improve CRO, retention and post-purchase journeys
  • Collaborate closely with UK-based creative, content and growth teams
About You
  • Native or fluent German speaker, based in London
  • 3–5+ years in growth marketing, performance or D2C brand roles
  • Proven experience launching or scaling growth in a new market — ideally Germany
  • Confident running paid social campaigns, working with creative teams and interpreting performance data
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, test-and-learn approach, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Passionate about wellness, health and building meaningful brands
