Are you ready for a 1 - 2 year international adventure: relocate to Philippines, run a 250-person operation, and come out with a track record that's almost impossible to get any other way?

Our client is a well-funded, UK-based consumer technology business building a genuinely different connectivity product. Founded by a team of serial entrepreneurs with a strong track record in scaling consumer technology businesses, the company has long-term backing, serious global ambition, and a first-principles approach to how consumers connect.

They have an established 250-person customer service operation based in the Philippines, supporting their global customer base. They also have a major carrier partnership in the region, which represents a significant commercial opportunity.

The person stepping into it will run the Philippines operation and own the carrier partnership: part operational leadership, part commercial ownership, and entirely about building something that scales.

The opportunity is to step in, understand it quickly, and turn a functioning operation into an exceptional one, while developing the carrier partnership into a meaningful commercial relationship. This role is about owning outcomes, not producing analysis.

  • Ensuring operational performance and service quality across the team
  • Building systems, processes and accountability that allow the operation to scale

People who thrive in roles like this often started their careers in high-performance analytical environments such as strategy consulting, before moving into operating roles inside high-growth technology companies, startups, or venture builders.

  • Exceptional academic background and a track record in high-performance environments
  • Early career experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical environment
  • Experience operating inside a startup, scale-up, venture builder, or high-growth tech company
  • Comfort leading large teams and taking responsibility for operational performance
  • A willingness to relocate internationally and spend significant time in Manila
  • You enjoy owning operational and commercial outcomes, not just advising on them
  • You're excited by the idea of running a large international operation and a major partnership early in your career
  • You like roles where analysis and execution go hand in hand
  • You're energised by building systems that allow organisations to scale beyond individual effort
  • Your background is primarily career in outsourced operations management
  • You're uncomfortable being accountable for a large organisation and a significant commercial relationship

A rare combination: operational leadership of a 250-person team and commercial ownership of a major carrier partnership, inside a business with the ambition, capital and leadership team to build something genuinely large.
