Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the company’s long‑term strategic vision, aligned to its mission, values and market opportunities.
• Lead the global organisation with full accountability for financial performance, including P&L, cash flow and long‑range planning.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth across existing customers and new markets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and reliability.
• Oversee technology, product and operational strategy, balancing innovation with risk management in regulated environments.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing executive leadership team and organisational culture.
• Act as a senior representative of the business with major customers, partners, regulators and industry stakeholders.

Ideal for someone who has

• Proven CEO or senior executive within technology‑driven or engineering‑led businesses operating in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience leading organisations that combine advanced technology, integrated solutions and long‑term service or support models.
• Full P&L responsibility with strong commercial and financial acumen, including cash flow, forecasting and cost discipline.
• A track record of operating in highly regulated, safety‑critical or government‑facing markets where reliability and compliance are essential.
• Experience leading global or multi‑site organisations, including international teams and significant time‑zone complexity.
• Credibility engaging with sophisticated customers, partners and senior stakeholders in complex B2B or B2G contexts.
• Experience working within privately owned or non‑quoted businesses, with a strong understanding of founder or shareholder dynamics.
• A leadership style that balances strategic clarity with practical, hands‑on execution.
• A reputation for building trust, accountability and high‑performance cultures.
