THE OPPORTUNITY

This fast-scaling consumer wellness brand is looking for a sharp, strategic Operations Director to fuel its next stage of expansion. You’ll be at the heart of scaling global operations, fine-tuning supply chains, and driving efficiency at every level. With international growth accelerating, we are looking for a leader who thrives in high-growth environments, makes data-driven decisions, and is laser-focused on execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Spearhead global operations, logistics, and supply chain strategy
2. Drive efficiencies, cost savings, and sustainability improvements
3. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with ambitious growth plans
4. Own and optimise COGS, supplier negotiations, and operational budgets
5. Lead, develop and coach a world-class team across supply chain, production and logistics
6. Lead expansion into new markets with seamless operational execution

1. A visionary operations leader with a track record of scaling high growth consumer brands internationally (ideally in the wellness, beauty or food industry)
2. Experienced in global supply chain optimisation, logistics, and warehouse operations
3. A data-savvy strategist, always seeking innovative solutions

5. Passionate about sustainability, efficiency, and operational excellence

LOCATION

This role is based in East Sussex and requires a hands-on leader who can be fully immersed in the business. You’ll be on-site 5 days a week initially, transitioning to 4 days post-probation, playing a key role in driving operational excellence.
