Recognised as one of the UK’s most exciting startups, it’s achieved rapid growth and is now looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to lead their next chapter.
As COO, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, empowering the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. You’ll lead the charge in scaling operations, entering international markets, and embedding a high-performance culture.
The Role
As the operational backbone of the business, the COO will partner with the CEO to transform strategy into seamless execution. You’ll lead a growing team and oversee operations across retail, supply chain and CX. With double digit revenue and ambitious scaling targets over the next 12 months, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Develop and execute a scalable omnichannel operational strategy, driving excellence across all channels
- Team Management: Lead and inspire high-performing teams across functions, incl. Operations, Retail, People, NPD and CX
- Retail Strategy: Build and manage partnerships with major retailers, ensuring readiness for growth and expansion into new markets
- International Expansion: Plan and execute strategies to launch and scale operations in new international markets
- Process Optimisation: Design and embed scalable internal processes and structures to support rapid growth, ensuring operational performance meets budget and exceeds expectations
- Performance Metrics: Embed OKRs and KPIs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimisation
