JD&Co are partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led consumer health and wellness brand on a brilliant Managing Director opportunity. This is a rare chance to join a business at a genuine inflection point. The brand has strong consumer love, significant social reach, a proven omnichannel model across DTC, Amazon and major retail, and ambitious plans to scale over the next few years.

The founders have built something with real momentum and are now looking for a commercial and operational partner to help take the business through its next stage of growth. The role will own the commercial, operational and financial engine of the business, including revenue growth, channel performance, supply chain, finance, reporting, team performance and execution. You’ll work closely with the founders and board, bringing structure, pace and accountability while protecting the entrepreneurial culture that has made the brand successful so far.

We’re looking for a strategic commercial leader who has scaled a consumer brand through a meaningful growth journey, ideally with experience across DTC, Amazon, retail or FMCG. You’ll need to be commercially sharp, highly operational, financially fluent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

You’ll thrive in this business if you’re looking for more than a functional leadership role. It’s for a builder who loves working in true partnership with founders, wants real ownership, equity upside and a clear pathway towards CEO as the business scales.

  • Likely background:
  • Consumer goods, ideally in a challenger brand across health, wellness, food, drink, beauty or supplements
  • Proven scale-up experience in a £20m+ revenue business
  • Strong commercial leadership across digital, retail or omnichannel growth
  • Comfortable with P&L, cash flow, margin and operational delivery
  • Low ego, high pace, hands-on and founder-ready

Location: London / hybrid

Package: Up to £200k base + bonus + equity
