As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their friendly and successful Gloucester team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up and managing electronic mortgage and protection case files
- Providing documents to lenders and tracking case progress
- Liaising with solicitors, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth processing
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Handling incoming calls and responding to client queries
- Finalising and closing completed cases
