Job Summary: Responsible for managing public relations and stakeholder engagement for construction projects, ensuring effective communication with the public, timely handling of feedback and complaints, and maintaining positive community relations throughout all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute public relations programs aligned with project timelines and milestones
- Manage public feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Prepare and distribute notices, updates, and publicity materials related to construction activities
- Organize community engagement sessions with residents, stakeholders, and nearby occupants
- Attend meetings with project teams on public relations matters when required
- Prepare monthly reports on public feedback, complaints, and resolution actions
- Coordinate defect inspections and follow up on issues raised by stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of feedback and ensure proper closure of all cases
- Conduct site visits to address public concerns and monitor ground situations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders throughout project phases
- Perform additional PR-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
