Urgent Hire: Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all architectural activities within the assigned projects.
• Ensure that construction operations align with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze architectural drawings and document any necessary engineering adjustments.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with architectural consultants to maintain project integrity.
• Perform site inspections and evaluate project samples to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

• A recognized qualification in building or architectural disciplines.
• Valid registration as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.
• Experience with projects related to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) is preferred.
• Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for effective design coordination is advantageous.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a similar RTO capacity.
