Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with quality procedures, workmanship standards, and project specifications.
  • Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of work carried out by subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with the Technical team to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues encountered on site.
  • Prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction activities.
  • Coordinate site operations with SWC, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with consultants and the Technical Department regarding submissions and matters related to structural works.
  • Plan and manage site activities, including work schedules, construction methodologies, and forecasting of manpower, equipment, and material requirements, while controlling resource utilization and wastage.
  • Identify potential or ongoing site issues that may impact project timelines and propose practical solutions to the relevant teams or departments.
  • Ensure all site works are completed in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the project duration.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction or civil infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Willing to be based at the project site office.
