Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs, including preparation and submission of progress claims and variation claims to monitor project milestones and scope changes.
- Handle procurement activities by sourcing contractors and suppliers, and review subcontractor payment claims to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Administer contracts and final accounts, including contract review, preparation of final account documentation, and coordination with subcontractors on related matters.
- Support claims and delay management by assisting in the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims, variation claims, and cost adjustment documentation.
- Prepare reports and attend project meetings, utilizing internal systems such as OA and SAP for progress monitoring and project updates.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the construction or related industry.
