Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline platforms.
  • Create, manage, and optimize outbound email marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Oversee Google Ads search campaigns and drive SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and generate qualified leads.
  • Plan and execute social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Maintain and improve website content to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lead pipelines and support sales efforts.
  • Support creative requirements, including concept development, graphic design, image retouching, PowerPoint refinement, and basic video editing.
  • Develop localized marketing materials tailored to Southeast Asian markets and industry needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, CRM systems, and Excel, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Organize and manage events such as trade shows, roadshows, seminars, and webinars.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from prospects and customers via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Travel within the region when required to support marketing activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by regional management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of Python for data scraping is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
