Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site engineering and technical activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure construction works comply with company quality standards, project specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Support project planning activities, track construction progress, and monitor project schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and operational matters, providing timely resolutions and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress reports and progress claim submissions.
  • Supervise site teams, including supervisors and foremen, to ensure compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices are implemented and maintained on site.
  • Recommend value-engineering initiatives, cost-saving measures, and innovative construction solutions.
  • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LTA projects, especially in the construction and management of cycling paths, commuter infrastructure, or related civil engineering works.
