Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for precision engineering programs, ensuring alignment with NPI, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
  • Monitor project execution and resolve technical, operational, and logistical issues to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise in precision engineering processes such as CNC machining, micro‑fabrication, and metrology, and oversee prototype development with manufacturability focus.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high‑precision components and systems while ensuring compliance with strict quality and tolerance standards.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and inspection activities for components and assemblies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding technical and program updates, and prepare project reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project or program engineering within precision engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM, high‑precision measurement tools, and precision manufacturing processes, materials, and standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, and MS Project is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Good communication skills and experience working with clients in semiconductor, aerospace, medical devices, or life sciences industries are preferred.
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing and laser machining is a plus.
