Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional channel strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Enable and scale existing partners through joint business planning, pipeline development, and performance reviews.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new resellers and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to expand market coverage.
  • Drive Cloud Security SaaS revenue through partner-led and direct enterprise sales engagements.
  • Support strategic high-value enterprise opportunities to grow subscription-based recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop channel managers across ASEAN markets.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with regional revenue and growth targets.
  • Build a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine commercial strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner engagements, and regional business initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in vendor-side sales or channel leadership, preferably within Cloud SaaS or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and subscription-based business models.
  • Proven experience in direct enterprise sales and account management.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Experience managing commercial or channel operations across ASEAN or APAC markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
