Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with architects and project teams in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with BIM standards, guidelines, and relevant government regulatory requirements.
- Manage BIM processes, implementation strategies, best practices, and related digital tools to support project delivery.
- Develop and maintain BIM design models and project documentation using Revit and other BIM software.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and model integration.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM (Revit) project implementation.
- Successfully completed Revit-based projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite software, particularly Revit Architecture.
- Autodesk Revit Certified Professional certification is required.
