Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and sales targets for water quality analysers.

Oversee and develop key accounts, including water infrastructure/utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial clients, and engineering firms.

Explore and secure new market opportunities, project leads, and tender prospects in water and wastewater sectors.

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance results.

Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.

Prepare and deliver technical-commercial quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and product demonstrations.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine sales approaches.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data, and periodic management reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments, or related environmental technology sectors.

Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in water & wastewater or process industries.
-
Strong technical understanding of online and laboratory water quality analysers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).

Experience in managing sales teams and key accounts is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
-
Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong customer orientation.
-
Willingness to travel when required.
