Overview Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Director to join our Sales team.

As a key member of the Ecommerce Sales Team, the Senior Sales Director will lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.

Lead a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals, providing coaching and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations.

Coach Account Managers through deal strategy, account growth, and developing a customer roadmap.

Maintain a deep understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs to drive sales success.

Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and influencers.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to drive sales success.

Report on sales performance, including regular forecasting and pipeline management.

Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in sales and sales management in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth.

Experience leading and mentoring sales teams.

Strong understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Results‑driven and customer‑focused, with a passion for driving sales success.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.

Knowledge of cloud hyper‑scaler environments and Azure Saa S and ARR sales motions.

English language proficiency; additional European language is a plus.
