Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking a highly accomplished and strategically minded Sr. Principal/Principal Solution Advisor within Supply Chain Advisory organization. This role is designed for a seasoned leader who will drive meaningful impact across major SaaS pursuits, elevate customer engagement, and contribute to the development of transformative supply chain strategies. Operating as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, this leader will help shape deal strategy, deliver compelling solution narratives, and guide customers toward high value outcomes across complex, global engagements.

In this role, you will influence customer investment decisions, guide multi‐year global transformations, and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives while also shaping internal standards, reference architectures, and advisory best practices. Your impact extends beyond individual customers to portfolio direction, go‐to‐market strategy, and the evolution of Blue Yonder’s Supply Chain Advisory offerings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Industry & Solution Expertise: Apply deep understanding of supply chain trends, technologies, and industry best practices to deliver targeted advisory support and guide customers toward impactful transformation opportunities. Lead multi‐year, multi‐solution global transformation roadmaps, aligning business strategy, operating model evolution, and technology investment. Deliver highly tailored cross-portfolio demos linking advanced capabilities to business outcomes and transformation goals.
  • Strategic Value Articulation: Develop and communicate differentiated value propositions that strengthen Blue Yonder’s competitive position and support the pursuit of large SaaS opportunities. Ensure solutions are explicitly tied to financial outcomes, operational KPIs, and executive success metrics.
  • Customer Advocacy & Engagement: Demonstrate strong customer ownership by anticipating needs, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and Blue Yonder’s solution strategy. Lead enterprise-level discovery and architecture assessments, translating business objectives into scalable, integrated supply chain architectures. Lead and deliver high impact strategic supply chain advisory engagements, including assessments, blueprint and design authority. Own solution strategy for complex, high‐risk, or highly visible engagements, serving as the ultimate escalation point for architectural and solution challenges.
  • Portfolio & Solution Strategy: Define and evolve enterprise reference architectures and solution patterns that guide large‐scale deployments across the Blue Yonder portfolio. Influence portfolio direction and solution strategy by translating customer and industry insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Services, and Go‐to‐Market leadership. Shape how Blue Yonder positions end‐to‐end supply chain value, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and scalability across industries and regions.
  • Thought Leadership & Organizational Impact: Act as a global thought leader in supply chain transformation, representing Blue Yonder with customers, partners, and industry forums. Mentor and coach Solution Advisors, raising the bar on solution quality, executive presence, and architectural rigor across the organization. Shape and evolve Supply Chain Advisory offers and establish best practices for discovery, blueprinting, and design authority. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Services teams to ensure cohesive strategy, unified messaging, and seamless execution across major pursuits.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Deep industry expertise in End-to-End Supply Chain planning for CPG, in management consulting, strategic advisory or relevant leadership roles within global organizations.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise supply chain transformation or supply chain advisory roles.
  • Deep experience with Blue Yonder solutions strongly preferred; recognized industry credibility is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or contributing to large SaaS pursuits (ideally $1M+).
  • Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills, including the ability to independently demo solutions and link strategy to business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
  • Expertise in guiding customers through best practice solution deployments and challenging assumptions early in the engagement lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large scale strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to executive and C level stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to link technology design to financial performance, operating models, and long term business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions, aligning diverse teams around a unified supply chain transformation strategy.
  • Comfort representing the organization in executive forums, industry events, and high‐impact customer environments.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and autonomy, setting direction rather than receiving it.
  • Ability to think strategically, translate vision into execution, and drive sustained results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive level presentations.
