About The Team: You will be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Role Overview: The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that ensure warehouse employees perform their roles safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards. This role supports onboarding, upskilling, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and job-specific training for new warehouse employees.
- Deliver classroom, on-the-floor, and equipment training sessions.
- Provide refresher and cross-training programs for existing staff.
- Coach employees on best practices in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Train staff on health & safety procedures, PPE use, and emergency protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Conduct safety observations and reinforce safe behaviours.
- Work with warehouse leadership to identify training needs.
Qualifications And Skills:
- 2–5 years warehouse operations experience (picking, packing, inventory, or shipping).
- Prior training, coaching, or team-lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards.
- Ability to demonstrate equipment use (e.g., forklifts, RF scanners).
- Coaching and performance feedback capability.
- Organisational and record-keeping skills.
