We are seeking a driven Category Manager to manage beauty, personal care, health & wellness products, OR toys & infant providing the best selection of items for our UK consumers at the best price. This role will be based in our London office near Green Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships to ensure we offer the best beauty products to our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape category strategies and contribute to the growth of a new and dynamic e-commerce business., * Lead purchasing and sales activities for beauty, personal care, health & wellness products, OR toys & infant.

  • Drive gross profit margin (GPM) and gross merchandise value (GMV) for assigned categories. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.

  • Identify and engage with potential partners, manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and cost efficiencies, validate fees, and ensure accurate data maintenance.

  • Curate and select category-specific products that align with consumer demand and usage scenarios.

  • Collaborate with international supply chain teams to secure necessary resources and support.

  • Analyze sales and procurement data to identify trends, propose improvements, and enhance gross profit margins.

  • 8+ years of merchandising experience in the following categories: beauty, personal care, health & wellness, toys & infant products.

  • Deep understanding of consumers of beauty, personal care, and health & wellness products, with strong market insights and proven purchasing expertise.

  • Established supplier relationships within the FMCG network in the UK.

  • Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.

  • Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning.

  • Highly driven, innovative, team-oriented, and committed to aligning personal contributions with organizational goals.
