We’re looking for 3 Project CRM Assistants to join our CRM team! Working in a fast‑paced customer‑centric team, you will support a performance‑focused CRM strategy to engage and encourage customers to respond and convert, driving loyalty, profitability and lifetime value. Please note, there are 3 CRM Assistant roles available.
What will you do as a Project CRM Assistant here at N Brown?
- Support the end‑to‑end process of creation and deployment of targeted and personalised CRM campaigns (Email, Push, Paper & SMS) to achieve the commercial targets.
- Work within the CRM team to support the development and growth of the customer base, playing a contributing role in the creation of weekly, monthly & seasonal plans and objectives to maximise response.
- Utilise customer segmentation to deliver targeted customer programmes driving profitable performance.
- Produce weekly results and analysis, supplying recommendations for future actions.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues in other departments to ensure the commercial objectives are met effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget.
What skills and experience will you have?
- The right candidate will be self‑motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn with a knowledge of CRM.
- Experience of working in a complex and fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant Marketing degree.
- Microsoft suites and experience with CRM tools and systems.
