About The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own digital product launches from the social side, crafting hooks, building campaigns, and driving real results.
Core Characteristics
- Funnel fluent – you know how a post drives sign-ups, sales, or retention.
- Hook writer – you can turn a product feature into three killer captions.
- Data-driven – you check analytics daily, spot drops, and test fast (hooks, CTAs, timing).
- Trend radar – you can adapt memes, formats, and sounds into product content overnight.
- Competitor aware – you track the space, find gaps, and exploit them.
- Cross-team operator – you sit in launch meetings and translate specs into campaigns.
Growth Edge
- Platform hacker – you know TikTok, Reels, and Shorts mechanics, test at volume, and optimize for watch time.
- Influencer + affiliate driver – you can recruit, brief, and manage creators on affiliate deals; track performance and scale what works.
