Role Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Retail Artworker to join our studio team and support the day-to-day delivery of print and in-store artwork across a wide range of retail formats. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in print production and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every asset is accurate, on brand, and produced to the highest technical standards. In this role, you will produce print-ready artwork for POS, signage, posters, and campaign collateral, working closely with Senior Artworkers to support large-scale retail campaign deliveries. You will follow established templates and technical guidelines, prepare files to the required print standards, and help maintain an organised and up-to-date asset library.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Produce accurate print-ready artwork for POS, signage, posters, and campaign collateral.
- Follow supplied templates and technical guidelines.
- Prepare files to required print standards including bleed, colour profiles and spec sheets.
- Support Seniors on large retail campaign deliveries.
- Conduct initial checks to ensure artwork accuracy before submission.
- Keep templates and asset libraries well-organised and updated.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- 1–3 years of professional artwork experience, ideally within a retail or studio environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of print production processes, including bleed, colour profiles, and file preparation.
- Experience working to supplied templates and brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all artwork outputs.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactively.
- Organised and methodical, with a disciplined approach to file management and asset organisation.
