Role overview: As an administrator you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks for the tills to ensure efficient store operations, including till staff management and handling cashing up procedures. The administrators support the management team in handling customer enquiries and facilitate communication between management and store employees. Responsibilities: Perform daily cash handling tasks, including banking. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate record of attendance and payroll. Address customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. Work from the till to manage till colleagues Role objectives and KPI’s: Ensure strict adherence to all established procedures related to cash handling, which includes counting the cash accurately, recording all transactions diligently, securing the cash in designated areas, and reconciling the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Ensuring strict compliance with all audit standards, implementing them diligently and thoroughly in every to maintain the highest level of transparency and accuracy. Skills and Experience: Excellent organisational skills. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative duties. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, Management & customers Proficient in cash handling and reconciliation.
