Role Overview
As a Floor Manager at JD Sports, you play a key role in driving strong shop-floor performance and delivering the JD service our customers expect. You lead by example — supporting your team, keeping standards high, and ensuring the floor runs smoothly every shift. Working closely with the management team, you help drive sales, boost customer engagement, and maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
