Overview:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Talent Acquisition responsibility for a set of business functions, including brief taking, search & selection, shortlisting, interview management, feedback collation and offer management.
- Responsible for developing and driving a commercial Talent Acquisition business plan and act as a first point of contact within assigned business functions.
- Responsible for delivering ongoing training to stakeholders with vertical i.e. MIP, Academy.
- Provide industry knowledge & specialism within the assigned business functions by attending external events, staying up-to-date with industry press, and being immersed in that business area.
- Participate in wider Talent Acquisition projects.
- Attend ongoing training sessions, delivering training and induction support to newer members of the TA team.
- Reinforce a team culture that supports company values and departmental vision.
- Work closely with the People Experience department to build the Employer Branding of the JD Group.
- Develop and maintain key marketing materials for candidate attraction and engagement (Candidate information packs, Market Insights, JD Foundation Materials etc).
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create relevant candidate talent pools to meet the forecast plan for the business.
- Be an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, building this into our hiring process.
- Report accurate recruitment data on a weekly basis.
- Accountable for agency spend YTD of responsible business areas, consistently striving to reduce agency fees.
- In collaboration with Talent Partnering/Senior Line Managers, understand yearly headcount requirement forecasts, headcount budget plans, and market salary benchmarks across your business functions to support and optimise recruitment successes.
- Keep up to date with external third-party trends and provide insight to the wider TA Team.
- Responsible for collating and presenting back reports to stakeholders within their assigned business areas.
