We are looking for a qualified/part qualified Management Accountant to join the JD Gyms Finance team. This is a key role responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance, and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly management accounts, P&L reports, and variance analysis.
  • Reconcile membership income to cash receipts.
  • Analyse key cost areas and provide insight to support decision making.
  • Work closely with budget holders to review performance and challenge spend.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecast cycles.
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure strong financial controls.
  • Deliver timely and accurate Group reporting packs.
  • Drive process improvements and support wider finance initiatives.
  • Assist with audits, projects, and team support where required.

About You:

  • Fully/part qualified (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
  • Proven experience in management accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Confident business partner with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Oracle/TM1 experience beneficial.
