If you're looking for product leadership with genuine breadth, this is it. You'll own the product strategy across our streetwear group, our outdoors group and JD Sports APAC, three businesses that are all growing fast and all distinct.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our Group Growth tribe at JD Group, with accountability across our multi-brand businesses and JD Sports APAC. Your portfolio spans three distinct brand domains: our streetwear group, our outdoors group, and JD Sports APAC all on Shopify-led technology stacks.

This is a broad, high-impact role that demands both commercial sharpness and a genuine passion for customer experience. You will join at a pivotal moment as JD Group accelerates its international, multi-brand and digital ambitions, with significant scope to shape your domain and make your mark.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Set the product vision and strategy across your full portfolio, ensuring each area has a clear roadmap tied to commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Lead multiple product squads through their respective Product Managers, driving accountability, pace and quality of delivery across a diverse portfolio.
  • Own the omnichannel experience strategy, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless and compelling journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Champion the distinct identity and growth of each of the groups, ensuring product decisions reflect and strengthen their position in the market, while leveraging group-level platforms and capabilities.
  • Act as the key product decision-maker for your tribe, balancing brand specificity with group-wide standards, cohesion and efficiency.
  • Build and strengthen the capabilities of your Product Managers, creating a high-performing team culture that spans brands, geographies and product contexts.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider leadership team to ensure alignment across the full customer experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading product across multiple brands or business units, ideally within retail, fashion, sport or a comparable consumer environment.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering omnichannel or cross-platform product strategy on Shopify-led stacks.
  • A track record of driving growth through digital products, whether through conversion, retention, internationalisation or audience development.
  • Experience working across international or APAC markets, with an understanding of localisation and regional product strategy.
  • Deep empathy for distinct brand audiences.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to connect product investment to revenue, brand health and market expansion.
  • A strong leader and coach, with a track record of developing Product Managers across complex, multi-workstream environments.
  • Collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the drive to forge your own path in a fast-moving, ambitious organisation.

KPIs & success metrics:

  • Product & commercial outcomes: conversion, retention, average order value, omnichannel engagement, and the revenue and growth contribution of your portfolio.
  • Delivery & execution: roadmap delivery predictability and pace, experimentation velocity and win rate, and the quality of what you ship.
  • Leadership competencies: strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, talent development, and fostering innovation.
  • Team development: growth and progression of Product Managers, and engagement and retention across the tribe.
  • JD Group values & culture: commitment to diversity, inclusion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What we offer:

This is a rare opportunity to own product across three distinct, much-loved brand worlds, from streetwear to the outdoors to our APAC business, at a moment when JD Group is investing heavily in its international and digital future. You'll have real autonomy to shape your domain, and a clear line of sight from your decisions to commercial impact. Alongside this, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, colleague discount across our family of brands, and genuine scope to grow your career as the Group grows.

Diversity & inclusion:

Our customers come from all walks of life, and so do we. We are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive, and to treating all colleagues, future colleagues and applicants equally, regardless of age, gender, marital or civil partnership status, ethnicity, culture, religion, belief, political opinion, disability, gender identity, gender expression or sexual orientation.

We value the perspectives that new colleagues bring, and we'd love to hear from you even if you don't meet every requirement. If you need any adjustments at any stage of the process, let our Talent team know in whatever way works best for you.
