Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Marketing Manager to deliver tactical marketing strategies across the UK, ROI and EU.
- Monitor and review marketing promotional activity, providing analysis and learnings.
- Keep the Retail Marketing Manager updated on CPA progress throughout the campaign.
- Reach out to teams for campaign learnings and work closely and cross‑functionally with the Retail team to assess performance issues and develop tactical Retail Marketing solutions.
- Support briefing and roll‑out of campaigns.
- Review assets for brand consistency, proofread and provide feedback where necessary.
- Work closely with our external print company to ensure all retail marketing campaigns are delivered on time and to deadline, supporting smooth end‑to‑end execution.
- Review and support sign‑off distribution lists, comp sheets and print specifications with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all store formats and territories.
- Work cross‑channel with Visual Merchandising (VM) to ensure aligned, consistent execution of campaigns across POS, windows and in‑store environments.
- Write, compile and coordinate clear, concise campaign communications for VM to distribute to stores, ensuring guidance is easy to follow and supports effective in‑store implementation.
- Liaise with EU territory teams to source translations, ensuring all local language content is accurate, approved and consistently rolled out across all relevant touchpoints.
- Own football in‑store customization content, including maintaining and updating content sheets ahead of transfer windows and new seasons, working with Merch teams to source shirts to shoot, and coordinating with our external agency to ensure assets are supplied and uploaded to screens on time.
- Co‑own JD STATUS activity, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and brief POS and in‑store screen content across campaigns and key trading moments.
- Brief multi‑channel, creative and studio teams for POS, Social, CRM, Online and Paid media requirements.
