Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring they receive the best experience.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing opportunities for add-on sales.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards; keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
• Support overall store operations by assisting in other departments as needed and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Process sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are well-organized and appealing.
• Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner and work closely with team members to achieve store targets.

Role objectives and KPI’s

• Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store’s monthly sales target.
• Drive KPIs including units, conversion, ATV, and UPT; achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score and ensure stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
