Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role offers opportunities for career development in a motivated and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
- Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
- Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized according to brand guidelines.
- Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are appealing and well-organized.
- Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
- Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social interactions with customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
