Role Overview

A Store Colleague is responsible for greeting customers, maintaining a clean and appealing shop floor, replenishing stock, operating the till, and ensuring all safety and store guidelines are followed. The role requires a positive, enthusiastic attitude, strong teamwork, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
  • Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, making sure displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
  • Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
