Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. JD offers opportunities for career development for motivated individuals eager to progress and grow their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Drive sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards, keeping the shop floor clean, stocked, and well-organized according to brand guidelines.
  • Support store operations by assisting in various departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and shelves are appealing.
  • Address customer queries professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.

  • Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  • Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
  • Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  • Keep stock replenished on the shop floor.
