Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Floor Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to guide their team in achieving sales and KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the store management team to ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and addressing customer needs promptly.
- Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units, etc.
- Assist in optimizing financial performance by managing costs, including audits and wages.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store colleagues to enhance performance and engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support cash management tasks such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
- Offer feedback and coaching to improve colleague performance.
Role Objectives & KPIs:
- Achieve or exceed the store\’s monthly sales targets.
- Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
- Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure stock accuracy during audits.
- Complete mandatory training for new colleagues.
- Achieve employee satisfaction and engagement survey benchmarks.
- Help keep operational costs within budget.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail/customer-facing environment.
- Passion for retail and awareness of current trends and competitors.
- Experience in coaching and developing staff.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness; experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
- Ability to promote JD Group values to stakeholders.
