Role Overview
As a Summer Seasonal Store Colleague, you will support the shop floor during the busiest warm‑weather season. Your role includes greeting customers with energy, keeping displays sharp, replenishing stock quickly, and maintaining the high service and presentation standards that JD Group is known for. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and want to gain valuable experience for their future career.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy summer period.
- Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
- Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Support the team by keeping displays tidy, managing sizes, and responding quickly to customer needs.
- Contribute to a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere that reflects the JD brand.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑focused retail environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.

Requirements

- Reliability and commitment throughout the seasonal contract period.
