Responsibilities

• Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
• Continuously maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in‑store promotions, and evolving store processes.
• Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
• Utilise in‑store devices, offering the customer the full product range and providing alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
• Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring the full‑size range is on the shop floor where possible.
• Ensure that product is priced correctly.
• Deputise for other staff, work across departments, or carry out other duties as required.
• Always represent JD Sports in the most professional manner.
• Conduct your work in a safe and responsible manner.

• Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding its financial goals.
• Ensure the timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the shop floor to maintain optimal product availability.
