JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Lead Technician for the Kingsway Logistics Control Room. You will be the technical expert for escalations of service-impacting incidents across Kingsway DCs, coordinating with Operations, Engineering and IT to keep the network running and to implement system changes.
You will learn to support through a wide range of systems, contribute to daily picking plans, and develop skills in design, testing and deployment of software updates while mentoring Control Room.
