We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role offers opportunities for career development within JD Group.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
- Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in‑store devices and offering the full product range, including add‑on sales opportunities.
- Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well‑stocked and displays organised according to brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
- Support overall store operations by assisting in other departments as needed and representing the company professionally.
- Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Role objectives and KPI’s
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store\'s monthly sales target.
- Drive all additional KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
- Achieve upselling or cross‑selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promotor Score.
- Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
