This full‑time position is within the store's fulfilment department.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Picking and packing customer orders and supporting an outstanding shopping experience for our guests.
  • Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
  • Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through current trend knowledge, in‑store promotions and evolving store processes.
  • Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
  • Use in‑store devices to offer the full product range, provide alternatives and upsell where appropriate.
  • Replenish stock levels promptly, ensuring the full size range is available on the shop floor and products are correctly priced.
  • Depute for other staff, work across departments, or carry out additional duties as required.
  • Always represent JD Sports professionally.
  • Conduct work safely and responsibly.
