As a Floor Manager at JD Sports, you play a key role in driving strong shop‑floor performance and delivering the JD service our customers expect. You lead by example — supporting your team, keeping standards high, and ensuring the floor runs smoothly every shift. Working closely with the management team, you help drive sales, boost customer engagement, and maintain a clean, organised, and high‑performing store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
- Drive commercial performance through effective shop‑floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
- Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to JD policies and processes.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop‑floor environment.
