This full‑time, on‑site role is based at The Sharp Project Manchester. The Photographer is responsible for producing high‑quality, on‑brand imagery for our e‑commerce platforms, ensuring products are captured with accuracy and visual impact. Working in a fast‑paced studio environment, you will collaborate with stylists, creatives, and retouchers to deliver consistent, commercially focused photography that supports the customer journey and drives sales.

Key Responsibilities- Capture high‑quality e‑commerce photography in line with style guides, updating and maintaining guides seasonally.
- Manage daily shoot schedules, meeting productivity, quality, and cost‑per‑product targets while ensuring imagery is live within agreed timeframes.
- Prepare and maintain sets, equipment, and lighting; perform tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure studio procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with stylists, retouchers, and content teams to select the strongest images and deliver assets that meet creative and commercial needs.
- Support idea generation, new techniques, and innovation in photography outputs, contributing to meetings and reviews.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and communication of shoot progress and asset delivery.
