JD Sports Fashion is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers at our Liverpool One store.
Role Overview
- A seasonal role focused on customer service, sales, and store presentation.
- Opportunity for progression within a leading omni‑channel retailer.
Responsibilities
- Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers entering the store.
- Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying up to date on current trends and in‑store promotions.
- Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
- Utilise in‑store devices to present the full product range and offer alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
- Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring the full‑size range is available on the floor.
- Ensure that products are priced correctly.
- Deputise for other staff, work across departments, or carry out other duties as required.
- Represent JD Sports in a professional manner and conduct work safely and responsibly.
