Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role offers opportunities for career development and progression within the JD Group.
Responsibilities
- Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for everyone that enters the store.
- Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets, staying up to date on current trends, in‑store promotions and evolving store processes.
- Drive sales, ensuring targets are met and, where possible, exceeded.
- Utilise in‑store devices to showcase the full product range, offering alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
- Replenish stock levels when needed, keeping the full‑size range on the shop floor.
- Ensure products are priced correctly.
- Depute for other staff, work across departments, or carry out other duties as requested.
- Represent JD Sports in the most professional manner and conduct work safely and responsibly.
