Location: JD Sports Fashion PLC, Hollins Brook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, BL9 8RR.
Working in a large project team of SME’s, implementing a new Human Resources system for more than 26k employees. Working closely with the Programme and Project Managers to maintain key administrative duties.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Record meeting minutes, actions and decisions
- Maintain action log, adding new actions and updating existing ones
- Calendar/Diary management
- Stakeholder communication
- Summarising key project updates accurately
- Monitor action updates and identify potential risks
- Assist the HRIS support desk by answering end user queries by phone and via a ticket system
- Reviewing tickets and categorising them for analytic purposes
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- Previous experience of working as part of a team
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong proven experience of customer service delivery
- Experience in use of Microsoft packages including: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
