We want to be the leading global omnichannel retailer in the sports and outdoor industry.The purpose of this role is to lead the strategy, growth and execution of JD Sport’s YouTube and social channels, making them the go-to destination for youths in the sports lifestyle sector.Role OverviewYou will define and execute the strategy across the JD sports channels, including a data-oriented approach and a creative mindset to optimize all organic, paid and community content.Key responsibilities include:Define and execute YouTube and social strategy aligned with brand marketing and e-commerce goals.Ensure growth and improvement of social media channels across JD Sports.Strategize and grow JD Sports brand YouTube channel, growing its footprint and relevance in youth culture.Report week-on-week and trends, to present weekly, monthly and quarterly.Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of online conversations are of the highest quality.Formulate the principal concepts behind the creation of engaging content across social media and YouTube.Skills and ExperienceRequired skills and experience include:Strong social media and YouTube experience.Previous experience leading organic growth and paid social and YouTube campaigns.A track record leading on brand digital strategy for a large organisation.Ability to grow and develop brand social and YouTube accounts in terms of engagement and revenue using data analysis.We offer amazing benefits, including staff discount on JD Group and other brands within the organisation, and personal development opportunities to learn and develop at work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
